1. These terms
These terms apply to moviescene.xyz and Movie Scene app features that refer to them (the “Service”), operated by Eateri, Inc., United States (“Movie Scene,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Contact support@eateri.co with questions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, use it only with a parent or guardian’s permission and any consent required by local law. A public release, beta program, or paid offering may have additional terms presented before use. Screenshots do not grant beta access or create a subscription.
2. Development status & movie information
Movie Scene is in active development. Screenshots may show sample history, ratings, titles, or features from earlier builds. Planned features, launch timing, and public availability can change. The site currently offers no public download, payment checkout, subscription, or movie playback.
Movie Scene helps organize and discover movies. It does not provide streaming rights. Movie availability, metadata, runtime, and provider links can be incomplete or outdated. Verify availability, price, content suitability, and the provider’s terms independently. Community notes and content labels are not professional reviews or parental-control guarantees.
3. Permitted use
You may browse, link to, and share links to this site for lawful personal use. Do not disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, attempt to obtain private data, impersonate someone, or use support channels for harassment or spam. Do not use automated requests in a way that damages or materially burdens the service.
You may use the app for lawful personal movie discovery, tracking, and notes, subject to these terms and any applicable app-store license. Accounts are optional for guest features. If you register, provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. Notify support of suspected unauthorized access. You can export your library and delete your account as described on the support page. You remain responsible for what you send us. Do not submit credentials, confidential information belonging to others, or material you have no right to share.
4. Ownership & feedback
Movie Scene branding and website materials are owned by their respective creators or licensors. Film posters, movie titles, third-party logos, and other third-party content remain the property of their rights holders. Display in an app screenshot does not imply endorsement or transfer rights to that content.
You retain ownership of feedback you submit. By voluntarily sending suggestions about Movie Scene, you permit us to use those suggestions to improve the project without a payment obligation. This permission does not transfer ownership of private notes or grant a right to publish private support correspondence.
If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, contact us with the material’s location, your contact details, and the basis of your claim.
5. Privacy & external services
The privacy policy explains data handling, and the cookie and storage notice describes this website’s technology. Reading these terms does not constitute consent to unrelated marketing or optional data uses.
External links, email applications, streaming services, and other providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability. You do not need to buy a third-party service to browse this website.
6. Community previews
The website has no public posting form. Public app community publishing is not open yet. If you use submission features in an authorized development build, follow the community guidelines and the rules presented in the app. Sharing is a separate action; private sync is not publication. You retain ownership of your notes. By submitting a public copy, you give us a nonexclusive permission to store, review, and display it only to operate and moderate the community feature. You must have the rights needed for your submission. You can remove a public copy without removing the original private note; limited backups or legally required records may remain as described in the privacy policy.
Public contributions can be rejected or removed for rule violations or safety reasons. You may contact support about a decision. The website does not promise a fixed moderation or support response time.
7. Availability & responsibility
The Service and development previews are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. We may correct, update, or discontinue content or restrict access that violates these terms or threatens service security. Account restrictions do not remove applicable privacy or data-access rights. Export important information before deleting an account.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration agreement or waive your statutory rights.
8. Changes, disputes & contact
We may revise these terms by updating this page and its date, with additional notice where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Please contact support@eateri.co first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable law and any mandatory rights in your place of residence remain in force; these terms do not select an exclusive court or require you to waive access to remedies provided by law.
